- Krishnan Ethirajan is a founding executive of Mosaic Insurance and currently serves as Chief Digital and AI Officer responsible for developing differentiated AI solutions for risk selection, Agentic AI and intelligent reporting to the SCM partners. Previously Krishnan was the Chief Operating Officer and in his role had accountability for Technology and Operations building out the startup operations. Prior to Mosaic, Krishnan was Lead Transformation Officer for Liberty Mutual’s Commercial Division, Global Risk Solutions and Chief Operations Officer of Ironshore’s global operating unit delivering services to their global platforms Prior to Ironshore, Krishnan was Insurance sector leader for shared services and operations practice at PwC LLP in their US practice, Previously, Krishnan had management roles at Allstate Insurance and at GartnerConsulting, where he managed the Central US and Asia Pacific practice. Krishnan earned a Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Houston and a PhD (abd) in Computational Neuroscience and Vision Sciences where his research focused on developing neural network models for visual perception, brain plasticity and cognition.
