- Guy is an Ombudsman Manager at the Financial Ombudsman Service and a practice group lead for insurance. He leads on providing support to ombudsmen and investigators working a wide range of insurance complaints and also manages Ombudsmen working both motor and property insurance complaints. He has been at the Ombudsman Service for over 17 years across different roles. Guy has extensive experience in working a variety of insurance and consumer credit complaints. He previously had a background in law before joining the Financial Ombudsman Service.
